Our dedicated Recruiters will have an initial phone interview to access your needs as a candidate once you have updated your profile; including updated resume. Once we find an open job position that matches your skills and experience, we will contact you to see if you are interested and send you further details.

How do I get started?
To get started, please login to our system, fill out the application and upload your resume. Then you will become an ACTIVE CANDIDATE and be considered for all of our open positions that you qualify for. Once you’ve done that, you will have access to the job board to see updated positions posted daily. In your Profile, you will be able to apply and bookmark open job positions that you are interested in. If you are interested in temporary assignments as well please download the following Forms and upload into your profile.

How do I contact an Interstate Recruiter?

Do you offer Employment Verifications/ Background Checks?
Yes. We offer Background checks, employment verification, driving records and criminal records upon request.

To update your availability, please update your assigned Recruiter. If you keep your profile up to date with your latest resume, we will be able to search you for all new open positions.
I have an issue with my timecard?
We process our timecard virtually through ADP. Once you are assigned to a temporary position,please register here: Registration.

Once you are registered, you will have access to entering your time in weekly. We process payroll Wednesday morning so please have time in by end of day Monday, following the week that you worked.
I want to have direct deposit?
Under Forms there is a download for Direct Deposit. Once you have filled it out please scan it with a copy of your voided check and send to Accounting. It takes 1 week to verify banking information and process direct deposit.
